This United States note bears the signatures of W. A. Julian (Treasurer of the United States, June 1933 to May 1949) and Henry Morgenthau, Jr.(Secretary of the Treasury, January 1934 to July 1945). It is common in worn condition but very rare to be found in circulation as this one was. One corner is torn off, damage common to two dollar notes.
