This specimen was lot 490 in Stephen Album sale 30 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "TURKEY: Mehmet V, 1909-1918, nickel 5 para, Kostantiniye, AH1327 year 7, scarce one-year type, choice EF." This one year type adds "el-Ghazi" to the toughra of the sultan's title; the regular issue of 1910-15 states "Reshat" instead. This is the last issue of this denomination.

Recorded mintage: 740,000 plus 2,712,000 of KM 759.
