This specimen was lot 5627 in Sincona sale 4 (Zurich, October 2011), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$798 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ St. Gallen, Abtei Abt Beda Angehrn von Hagenwil, 1767-1796. Taler 1780. Laubrand. Kratzer auf der Wappenseite. Vorzüglich-FDC. (Switzerland, abbey of St. Gall, Beda Angehrn von Hagenwil, 1767-1796, thaler of 1780. Minor scratches on obverse, Extremely fine to uncirculated.)"This one year type is fairly scarce.
