Áureo y Calicó sale 345, lot 333
This specimen was lot 333 in Áureo y Calicó sale 345 (Barcelona, March 2020), where it sold for €240 (about US$317 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Reyes Católicos. Granada. 1 real. Ligero doblez. Buen ejemplar. MBC+. (kingdom of Spain, Catholic kings, undated one real, Granada mint. Lightly doubled, nice example, choice very fine.)"
Cayón records over twenty varieties of silver one reales from Granada (Cayón-2654 thru Cayón-2674). We think this is Cayón-2669, based on the presence of the rings on each side of the shield. The bundle on the reverse has seven arrows.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: silver, this specimen 3,37 g.

Catalog reference: Cal-316, Cayón-2669.
