Shown is an 1879MoM five centavos, of a type struck 1869-1897. This issue from Mexico City is among the more available dates and an 1879/8 overdate is noted. The SCWC prices it about three times the common date. Other mints include Hermosillo, Culiacan, Durango, Zacatecas, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Guadalajara, Oaxaca, Alamos and Potosi.
