This specimen was lot 43259 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2019), where it sold for $504. The catalog description[1] noted, "HONDURAS. 25 Centavos, 1886/1. NGC MS-62. Sharply detailed for this often-crude type with glossy texture in the fields and instances of pale tone over both sides. Presently the single finest example of this date graded by either NGC or PCGS. Ex: Richard Stuart Collection." This type is listed for 1883-1900 and priced fairly low but choice specimens are few. Overdates abound. The fineness was reduced to 835 thousandths in 1899.
