This specimen was lot 3375 in Sincona sale 39 (Zurich, May 2017), where it sold for 325 CHF (about US$390 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Baden, Grossherzogtum, Friedrich II. 1907-1918 2 Mark 1911 G. Karlsruhe. FDC. (grand duchy of Baden, Frederick II, 1907-18, two mark of 1911, Karlsruhe mint. Uncirculated.)"This type was struck 1911 and 1913 and is scarce, particularly the proofs.
Recorded mintage: 72,000 plus proofs.
Specification: 11.11 g, .900 fine silver, reeded edge, this specimen 11.10 g.
