Spain 1718S 4 reales rev DSLR.jpg
The first specimen was lot 333 in Aureo y Calicó sale 261 (Barcelona, July 2014), where it sold for €161 (about US$258 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"1718. Felipe V. Sevilla. 4 reales. Anv.: DEI G. Armas de Borgoña con dos flores de lis. Ex HSA, nº 27139. MBC. (Philip V (1700-46), four reales of 1718, Seville mint. Obverse with Bourbon arms and fleur-de-lys. Ex Hispanic Society of America, no. 27139, very fine.)"
This type was issued in Seville in 1718 only for Philip V. The SCWC lists the type as common, especially the "retrograde 4" variety. Many varieties exist.

Recorded mintage: unknown.
