This specimen was lot 29239 in Heritage sale 3022 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $329. The catalog description[1] noted, "Zurich Taler 1783, XF, lightly cleaned. Sharply struck for the type." This type is listed for 1783, 1794 and 1796. In 1798, Zurich was forcibly incorporated into the Helvetian Republic.
