This specimen was lot 1434 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €1,200 (about US$1,550 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BISTUM Franz Ludwig von Erthal, 1779-1795. Doppelter Konv.-Taler 1786, Würzburg. Prämie. Hübsche Patina, vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. (bishopric of Wurzburg, Francis Louis of Erthal, 1779-95, double convention thaler of 1786, Wurzburg mint. Handsome patina, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
