This specimen was lot 22781 in Heritage sale 3021 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $7,637.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "St. Gallen Canton 2 Taler 1620, VF25 ANACS, traditional standing bear on obverse, double headed eagle on reverse. A great rarity, missing from the important four-part Bank Leu Swiss sales 2001-2005. A rim flaw at 6:00, yet overall quite acceptable with no major problems.
