This specimen was lot 827 in Sincona sale 54 (Zurich, May 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"25000 1987. XXIV. Olympische Spiele 1988 in Seoul. Fächertanz. Polierte Platte. FDC. (republic of South Korea, 25,000 won of 1987, for the Olympic Games in Seoul. Fan dancing. Choice Proof.)"
This NCLT issued for the Seoul Olympics was accompanied by KM 58 (folk dancing) and KM 68 (kite flying).

Recorded mintage: 42,500 + 117,500 proofs.

Specification: 16.81 g, .925 fine gold, .496 troy oz AGW, this specimen 16.81 g.
