This specimen was lot 1650 in Ponterio sale 173 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $646. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. Kopek, 1832-EM OX. NGC MS-62 BN." This is a product of the Ekaterinburg mint with Fedor Khvochinski as the mintmaster. This type is reported for 1831-38.
