This specimen was lot 1568 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $3,525. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 10 Kopek (Grivennik), 1810-CNBOT. PCGS MS-62 Secure Holder. Lovely satiny surfaces with an abundance of minty luster. Tied with one other example at this grade, with only one certified finer. Sharply struck." This type is noted for 1808-10 and shares this date with KM C127 (wreath added to reverse) which was struck 1810-26. The later type is much more common.

Recorded mintage: 77,000 (including KM C127).

Specification: 2.073 g, .868 fine silver.
