This specimen was lot 4231 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabruck, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €1,200 (about US$1,570 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"REUSS, REUSS-OBERGREIZ, GRAFSCHAFT, SEIT 1778 FÜRSTENTUM. Heinrich VI. 1681-1697. Reichstaler 1698, Dresden, auf seine Beisetzung in der Stadtkirche zu Greiz, geprägt im Auftrag seiner zweiten Gemahlin Henriette Amalie von Friesen. In US-Plastikholder der NGC mit der Bewertung AU DETAILS - Mount Removed. RR Henkelspur, sehr schön + (Germany, county of Reuss-Obergreiz, Henry VI, 1681-97, thaler of 1698, Dresden mint, on his burial in the city church of Greiz. Coined by order of his second wife, Amalia of Freisen. NGC AU Details, Mount Removed. Rare, mount mark, very fine or better.)"
