This specimen was lot 21370 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it sold for $1,880. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. 500 Zlotych, 1976-MW. NGC PROOF-69 ULTRA CAMEO. Head of Tadeusz Kosciuszko facing right. Mintage of only 2,318 pieces. Hard mirror fields with frosted cameo devices. From the Vincent Alones Collection." Recorded mintage: 2,318 proofs.

Specification: 30 g, .900 fine gold, 32 mm diameter.
