Kunker sale 264, lot 1987
This specimen was lot 1987 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €6,000 (about US$7,751 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"KÖNIGREICH Wladislaw IV. 1632-1648. Reichstaler 1642, GG, Bromberg. RR Attraktives Exemplar mit hübscher Patina, sehr schön +. (kingdom of Poland, Vladislav IV, 1632-48, thaler of 1642, Bromberg mint. Rare, attractive patina, very fine or better.)"
This type was issued 1640-47 concurrently with Dav-4330. It is somewhat scarce.
