This type was issued 1774 after the death of Clement XIV and prior to the election of Pius VI (1774-99). This type is not listed as expensive in the condition shown here but is rare nicer than Very Fine. The SCWC incorrectly lists this as being minted in 1794.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 13.21 g, .917 fine silver.
