This specimen was lot 22183 in Heritage sale 3021 (New York, January 2013), where it did not sell. The catalog description noted, "Papal States. Clement XIII gold Zecchino 1766 VIII, AU55 NGC, very little wear evident, considerable original mint luster." This type was struck 1759-69. For 1766, years VIII (shown here) and IX exist.
