This specimen was lot 1269 in Jean Elsen sale 115 (Brussels, December 2012) where it sold for €340 (about US$519 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NEDERLAND, OVERIJSSEL, Provincie, AR Bourgondische rijksdaalder, 1594, Droit: (rozet) MONE NOVA ARGEN ORDI TRANSISSV Vuurijzer op stokkenkruis. Revers: DOMINVS MI-HI ADIVTOR Gekroond wapenschild omringd door de keten van het Gulden Vlies. Ex HSA 18551. Zeer Fraai. (Province of Overijssel, burgundian rixdollar of 1594; obverse: Burgundian cross; reverse: crowned arms, Order of the Golden Fleece around. Very fine.)"
Overijssel went on to issue many coins as part of the independent Netherlands until the time of Napoleon.
