This specimen was lot 272 in Aureo sale 261 (Barcelona, July 2014), where it sold for €200 (about US$321 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"1676. Carlos II. Milan. 1 ducaton. MBC. (Charles II, duchy of Milan, ducaton of 1676. Very fine.)"
The type shown here was struck at Milan 1676 only for Charles II of Spain. The series is plagued by bad planchets and poor strikes, reducing their appeal to collectors.
