This specimen was lot 1268 in Stack's Bowers ANA auction (Chicago, August 2014), where it sold for $1,645. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 4 Escudos, 1831-GoMJ. NGC AU-55." Guanajuato is the most available mint for this scarce denomination.
