This specimen was lot 22790 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it sold for $176.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. War of Independence. National Congress. 2 Reales, 1814. NGC VG Details--Environmental Damage. KM-212. "VICE FERD." Struck in copper. Nice legends and a bold 4 digit date." This type is noted for 1812-14 and is not listed as particularly scarce, unlike the silver equivalents (KM A213, KM 213) which are very rare.
