Kunker sale 293, lot 1008
This specimen was lot 1008 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €800 (about US$1,078 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"MANSFELD, MANSFELD-BORNSTEDT, GRAFSCHAFT, Bruno II. Wilhelm I. und Johann Georg IV. 1604-1607. Reichstaler 1606, Eisleben. Feine Tönung, vorzüglich. (Germany, county of Mansfeld-Bornstedt, joint rule of Bruno II, William I and John George IV, 1604-07, thaler of 1606, Eisleben mint. Fine toning, extremely fine.)"
This type is noted for 1604-07. As all the Mansfeld thalers look very similar, there is little enthusiasm for collecting all the variations.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: silver.

Catalog reference: Dav-6916, Tornau 131 a, KM 7.
