Italy 1867-M 2 centesimi
This type was struck in large quantities at the Naples, Turin and Milan (shown here) mints 1861-62 and 1867 during the reign of Victorio Emanuele II of Italy. It is struck to the same standard as the contemporary French two centimes. Gigante comments that the 1867 was struck at Milan with a frozen date 1868 and 1883-92. The next issue of this denomination would be in 1895.
