This type is listed in the SCWC for 1738-39 only; it was struck at Gubbio, which issued most of the copper coinage of the Papal States in the first part of the eighteenth century. Note the backwards "N" on reverse along with date that looks like 1758. There are two quattrini for 1738 struck at Rome: KM 884 with wreath reverse and KM 883 with plain reverse.
