This specimen was lot 33264 in Heritage sale 3073 (Chicago, April 2019), where it sold for $228. The catalog description[1] noted, "George I 5 Lepta 1870-BB AU55 Brown NGC, Strasbourg mint. A beautifully preserved scarcer date in the series evincing rather minimal friction. From the Engelen Collection of World Coinage." This type is listed for 1869-70 and is one of the few issues of nineteenth century Greece that is common altho the 1870 is rare. This product of the Strasbourg mint was accompanied by bronze one lepton, two and ten lepta, all struck to French standards. King George ruled 1863-1913.
