This type was struck 1893-1901 and is the final type for Queen Victoria (r. 1837-1901). It is the most readily available shilling in nice condition and none of the dates are rare.

Recorded mintage: 8,800,000.

Specification: 5.65 g, .925 fine silver, .168 troy oz ASW.
