This specimen was lot 22988 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $168. The catalog description noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Penny, 1893. PCGS MS-65 BN Secure Holder. Sharply struck with attractive brown surfaces. From the Brighton Collection." This penny was struck 1874-94 in several varieties and is common, tho the proofs are rare. Worn specimens fill dealer junk boxes. Numerous varieties exist.
