This specimen was lot 2073 in Goldberg sale 106 (Los Angeles, September 2018), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain. Halfcrown,1696-C. Early Harp. Chester mint. William III. Toned. PCGS graded VF-35." This type of 1696-97 was issued from many branch mints. This specimen comes from Chester.
