This specimen was lot 34715 in Heritage sale 3038 (Dallas, January 2015), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Charles I 4 Pence 1646 MS61 NGC. Bridgnorth-on Severn mint. Mintmark plumelet. A noticeable planchet chip at 9:00, yet a fully struck up portrait of the king. Very scarce. With old collector's tag enclosed." The SCWC attributes this scarce issue to the Lundy mint.
