This specimen was lot 1095 in Jean Elsen sale 115 (Brussels, December 2012) where it sold for €950 (about US$1,450 including buyer's fees). The catalog description noted,
"NEDERLAND, GELDERLAND, Provincie, AR Bourgondische rijksdaalder, 1585, Harderwijk. Droit: + N DVC GEL AD LEGEM BVRGVNDICI Bourgondisch kruis. Revers: DOMINVS MI-HI ADIVTOR Gekroond wapenschild, omringd door de keten van het Gulden Vlies. Mooie patina. Ex HSA 1072. Zeer Fraai à Prachtig. (Province of Gelderland, burgundian rixdollar of 1585, Harderwijk mint; obverse: Burgundian cross; reverse: crowned arms, Order of the Golden Fleece around. Nice patina, very fine to extremely fine.)"
