France 2010 2 cent
From CoinFactsWiki
The specimen shown is an example of a type struck in France. France began minting euros in 1999. The visage of Mademoiselle Liberté shown here also appears on the French one and five cent coins. The low relief makes it difficult to obtain a good photograph.
Recorded mintage: unknown but likely common in all grades.
Specification: 3.03 g., Copper-Plated-Steel, 18.7 mm diameter. Obv: Mlle Liberté by Fabienne Courtiade; Rev: Denomination and globe by Luc Luycx; Edge: grooved.
Catalog reference: KM 1283.
