This specimen is a copper-nickel twenty-five øre issued under King Frederik IX, and was issued 1960-67. It superseded an earlier type (KM 842.2) with a different monogram of the king. It is worthless in all grades. The privy mark (for Copenhagen) is shown as a small heart reverse, along with C and S, the initials of the mint officials.

Recorded mintage: 20,860,000.

Specification: 4.5 g, copper-nickel, 23 mm diameter.
