This specimen was lot 5783 in Ponterio sale 152 (New York, January 2010), where it sold for $1,437.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "TURKEY. 100 Lira, ND (L.1930). P-130s. Specimen. Printed by TDLR. The next higher denomination from the previous lot which again shows with strong color and nice appeal of a design seldom seen in high grade. The reverse shows a lovely vignette of the Dardanelles. Some mounting remnants on the reverse right margin are noted. UNCIRCULATED."
