Colombia 1970 20 centavos
This twenty centavos was struck in Bogotá, Colombia, a type issued 1969-70. It is common in all grades. The portrait is of Santander, not Bolivar as was previously customary. The SCWC assigns this issue a new catalog number but it is only a slight redesign of the type issued 1967-69 (KM 227) and the later issue of 1971-78 (KM 246).
