This is from a type struck 1868-81 with reduced silver fineness from the Popayán mint for Colombia. The Bogotá mint also struck quarter décimos 1863-73 but switched to 2½ centavos for 1872-81.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 0.850 g, 0.6660 fine silver, 0.0182 troy oz ASW.
