This specimen was lot 44342 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $40. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. 10 Centavos, 1874. Bogota Mint. AU-55 (PCGS). Blast white with good reverse strike. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Coins." This type was struck at Bogotá 1874-84 and is common. It superseded a ten centavos (KM 171) with a different reverse, also struck in 1874.

Recorded mintage: 179,000, including KM 171.

Specification: 2.50 g, 0.825 fine silver, 0.067 troy oz ASW.
