This specimen was lot 44097 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $2,880. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. 1/4 Real, 1835-B RS. Bogota Mint. VF-30 (PCGS). Good obverse strike, charcoal toning. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Coins." This issue from Bogotá with assayer RS was struck 1826-29, 1833-36. It was accompanied by a Popayán issue of 1826, 1832-36 (KM 85.3).

Recorded mintage: unknown but a rare date.

Specification: 0.70 g, .666 fine silver.
