This specimen was lot 44091 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $1,800. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. 1/4 Real, 1833-B RS. Bogota Mint. VF-35 (PCGS). Well centered with even wear and dark gray toning. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Coins." This issue from Bogotá with assayer RS was struck 1826-29, 1833-36. It was accompanied by a Popayán issue of 1826, 1832-36 (KM 85.3).
