From CoinFactsWiki
This specimen is one of a series struck 1760-71 at the Popayán mint in Nueva Granada, now Colombia, during the reign of Charles III (1759-88). The Popayán mint used the old bust of Ferdinand VI until 1771, even tho the Bogotá mint was using a bust of Charles III after 1762. The two Colombian mints concentrated on issuing gold during this period; silver coinage prior to the 1810's is very rare.
