Sincona sale 57, lot 2545
This specimen was lot 2545 in Sincona sale 57 (Zurich, May 2019), where it sold for 400 CHF (about US$476 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"20 Yuan 2004. Chinesische Höhlenmalerei. Grotten von Maiji. Polierte Platte. FDC. In Originalschachtel mit Zertifikat. (people's republic of China, twenty yuan of 2004, caves of Maiji. Choice Proof, In original box with certificate.)"
This NCLT is incorrectly reported in the SCWC to be one ounce.

Recorded mintage: 20,000 proofs.

Specification: 62.27 g, .999 fine silver, 40 mm diameter, this specimen 62.20 g.
