Sincona sale 6, lot 2004
This specimen was lot 2004 in Sincona sale 6 (Zurich, May 2012), where it sold for 220 CHF (about US$271 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RDR/ÖSTERREICH Karl VI. 1711-1740. Taler 1731, Prag. Belorbeertes, geharnischtes Brustbild mit grosser Perücke nach rechts. Rv. Gekrönter, nimbierter Doppeladler mit gekröntem Wappen auf der Brust. Gutes sehr schön. (Austria, Charles VI, 1711-40, thaler of 1731, Prague mint. Obverse: laureate, armored bust with full wig to right. Reverse: crowned, nimbate double-headed eagle with crowned arms on breast. Good very fine.)"
This type was struck was struck 1728-40 and is not rare. The SCWC lists this under Bohemia.

Recorded mintage: 131,000.
