This specimen was lot 3801 in Sincona sale 39 (Zurich, May 2017), where it sold for 425 CHF (about US$510 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA, Ferdinand I. 1521-1564 Halbtaler 1556. Joachimsthal, Sehr schön. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand I, 1521-64, half thaler of 1556, Joachimsthal mint. Very fine.)"
This type is a product of the Joachimsthal mint in Bohemia, where the thaler was invented.
