This specimen was lot 2624 in Sincona sale 47 (Zurich, May 2018), where it sold for 190,000 CHF (about US$227,981 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SWITZERLAND, Bern, Stadt und Kanton, 10 Dukaten 1681. Gekröntes Stadtwappen in reich verzierter Kartusche. Unten D für den Stempelschneider David Dick. Zu den Flanken je ein Löwe und ein Bär. Rv. Dreizeilige Inschrift mit der Jahreszahl und der Wertangabe 10 DVCAT in einer reich verzierten Kartusche. In der Mitte oben D für den Stempelschneider David Dick. Glatter Rand. Von grösster Seltenheit. Gutes vorzüglich. (city and canton of Bern, ten ducats of 1681. Obverse: crowned city arms in cartouche, supported by a lion and a bear. "D" for engraver David Dick below; Reverse: three line inscription with date and value in cartouche. Plain edge. Of the highest rarity, Good extremely fine.)"
This multiple ducat, issued 1681 along with 8, 12 and 20 ducats, is very rare.
