This specimen was lot 4143 in Sincona sale 43 (Zurich, October 2017), where it sold for 425 CHF (about US$507 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Stadt und Kanton Basel, 5 Batzen 1826. Seltene Variante BATZN. Selten in dieser Erhaltung. FDC. NGC MS65. (city and canton of Basel, five batzen of 1826, rare variety with the denomination abbreviated as BATZN. Very rare in this condition, Uncirculated.)"
The canton of Basel issued two different five batzen in 1826; KM 210 (shown here) is scarce; the other (KM 209) is available. This is the last year Basel issued coins.
