"AUSTRIA, Ferdinand I. 1835-1848 Halbtaler 1847 A. Wien. Gutes vorzüglich. (empire of Austria, Ferdinand I, 1835-48, half thaler of 1847, Vienna mint. Good extremely fine.)"This type was struck 1837-48 at Vienna. The half thaler's weight was reduced from 14.036 g to 12.99 g in 1852.
