Austria 1757 kreuzer KM-1761.1
This specimen was lot 32483 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $432. The catalog description noted, "Maria Theresa Kreuzer 1757 MS66 PCGS, Hall mint. Frosted devices contrast sharply with subtly reflective surfaces, resulting in a beautiful cameo effect." This tiny coin was 1/120 of a thaler. It was the last of the denomination struck in billon; later issues were copper. This type was struck 1747-60 at Hall (shown here), Vienna, Kremnitz (KM 2009.1), Graz and Nagybanya. This is a common date.
