This specimen was lot 23559 in Heritage sale 3015 (Long Beach, September 2011), where it sold for $3,220. The catalog description[1] noted,
"Ferdinand III Taler 1644 Graz, MS65 NGC, brown and gold patina with very sharp design features. 17th century Talers are rarely encountered in MS65."
The SCWC lists this thaler for 1644, 1646 and 1650. It is mentioned as a better type but not rare.
