Sincona sale 9, lot 4849
This specimen was lot 4849 in Sincona sale 9 (Zurich, October 2012), where it sold for 325 CHF (about US$411 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ÖSTERREICH Ferdinand II. 1619-1637. Taler 1633, Graz. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Austria, Ferdinand II, 1619-37, thaler of 1633, Graz mint, very fine to extremely fine.)"
This type was struck 1630-36 in several varieties.
